It is a cool book. I bet you could dig one up on Alibris. Here’s some more info that should help:
Published by the University of Chicago Press. This one is the second edition from 1969. Looks like the first ed. was 1965, but I don’t think it’s the same design/content (the second edition is “Revised and Enlarged.”)
The Library of Congress Catalog number is 69-15367
