This is the 1962 printing, which is the 11th, so I dunno when it was actually designed. But ’62 looks feasible. No credit, unfortunately.
Great type. No design credit but it was probably a Russian designer, since this was “Printed in The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.”

The copyright is actually 1962, so this design might be earlier. Love the minimalism.
